Ultimate Staffing is partnering with a leading packaging manufacturer in Haverhill, MA seeking a Machine Operator to join their growing production team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with manufacturing experience who values maintaining quality standards, and seeing products move from start to finish.

Position Details:

Location: Haverhill, MA

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay: $20-$22/hour

Contract-to-Hire Opportunity

What You'll Do

• Operate and monitor production machinery to meet quality and production goals
• Set up equipment according to job specifications and production requirements
• Make machine adjustments and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues
• Perform quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process
• Follow work orders, production schedules, and job instructions
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet daily targets
• Assist with machine changeovers and basic preventative maintenance

What We're Looking For

• Previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and follow work orders and production specifications
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
